What the planner shows and what it does not.
Are these PPA HOME prices?
They are the PPA LATAM online store list prices on 9 October 2026. PPA HOME confirms its own price and stock when it replies.
How does the app choose a motor?
A motor is shown as fitting when the store publishes its limits and your gate is inside them: weight (or weight per leaf), leaf length, door height or boom length, and openings per hour. A gate under 80 % of the weight limit has a good margin; between 80 and 100 % it is near the limit.
What if a limit is not published?
The motor is still listed, marked "to confirm". PPA HOME checks it at the visit.
I do not know the weight of my gate
Use the weight guide: width × height × a typical weight per square metre for the material. It is only a rough guide; PPA HOME checks the gate at the visit.
Will the gate work in a power cut?
Jetflex and Brushless motors can take the VOLT GATE no-break; residential Brushless motors can take the battery module. Monofásico motors cannot use them.
What does the installation cost?
The app shows a proposed estimate for the labour. PPA HOME confirms the real price after the visit.
Which days can I choose for the visit?
Colombian business days (Monday to Friday, not public holidays), from the next business day, morning or afternoon. PPA HOME confirms the day and time.
Where is my plan saved?
Only on your phone, until you delete it. There is no account.

Describe the gate, see the PPA kits whose published limits cover it, add the extras and send the plan to PPA HOME on WhatsApp or by email.
